ASCENDED DETAILING
Service Agreement
This Service Agreement explains how Ascended Detailing provides mobile vehicle-care services in Tempe, Arizona. Please review it before authorizing work. Your confirmed quote and any separately agreed written service details form part of this agreement.
1. Service authorization and scope
You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to authorize the requested work. We will confirm the selected services, location, estimated price and any material limitations before starting. Only the work included in your confirmed quote is authorized. Extra services or additional charges require your approval before they are performed.
2. Estimates, vehicle condition and results
Quotes are based on the information available when requested. Vehicle size, heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, contamination or damage may require a revised quote after inspection. You may decline a revision before additional work begins. Appointment lengths are estimates. Detailing can improve a vehicle’s appearance but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, odor, scratch, etching or defect, or restoration of worn or damaged materials.
3. Preparing your vehicle and service location
Remove valuables, cash, weapons, personal belongings and child seats before service. Tell us about loose trim, electrical faults, aftermarket equipment, paint repairs, wraps, sensitive materials and any other known issues. Provide lawful access to the vehicle and a safe work area where detailing is permitted. Any required water or electrical access will be discussed before the appointment. We do not remove or reinstall child safety seats.
4. Inspection and documentation
We may inspect and photograph the vehicle before, during and after service to document condition and completed work. We will discuss significant concerns identified before work begins. Documentation photographs are for service records and claim handling; identifiable customer or vehicle photographs will not be used for promotional purposes without your permission.
5. Payment
No deposit is required. Payment is due after the agreed service is completed. The final amount is the approved service price plus any applicable taxes and customer-approved additions. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed directly before service. Gratuities are optional. We will explain any pricing discrepancy and provide an itemized record on request.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and access
There is no cancellation or no-show fee. Please call or text (716) 581-5026 as soon as your plans change so the appointment can be released. If the vehicle is unavailable, access is restricted or the location is unsafe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. We may also postpone work because of extreme heat, rain, unsafe conditions, equipment problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Safety and specialized work
Tell us in advance about mold, bodily fluids, needles, pests or other hazardous contamination. We may decline or stop work that cannot be performed safely, or that requires services outside our capabilities. If work stops, we will discuss the situation and any authorized work already completed before arranging payment or a new appointment. Ceramic coating, paint correction and other specialized treatments may require separate preparation, curing and maintenance instructions.
8. Quality concerns and re-cleaning
Please inspect the vehicle with us when practical. If you notice an issue with the work, call or text (716) 581-5026 within 48 hours of service and describe the concern; photographs are helpful. When an area within the purchased service was missed or not properly cleaned, we will arrange a reasonable opportunity to inspect and re-clean the affected area when appropriate, at no additional charge. New dirt, spills, damage and conditions disclosed as non-correctable are not workmanship defects. This reporting window does not remove rights or remedies provided by law.
9. Damage concerns and responsibility
Report suspected service-related damage promptly, avoid alterations when reasonably possible and give us an opportunity to inspect and investigate. Pre-existing defects, ordinary wear and deterioration are not damage caused by our work. We remain responsible for damage to the extent caused by our negligence or other conduct for which the law makes us responsible. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives your statutory consumer rights.
10. Service-specific care and warranties
Follow the care instructions provided for the products or treatments you purchase. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer’s written terms. A product warranty, guaranteed coating lifespan or specific performance result applies only when expressly included in your written service confirmation. The re-cleaning process above is not a promise to correct pre-existing damage.
11. Questions and resolution
For questions, changes, quality concerns or damage reports, call or text Ascended Detailing at (716) 581-5026. We will work with you in good faith to address concerns. Arizona law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Your confirmed quote controls service-specific details if it differs from general website descriptions. These terms apply to services you authorize after being given a reasonable opportunity to review them; later changes do not retroactively change an existing appointment agreement.
